Refund Policy

Services performed by Chakx Tattoo Removal & More are non-refundable.

As the sole exception to this policy, if the Chakx Medical Director determines that a client is no longer a candidate for continued services by Chakx due to

(a) medical reasons or

(b) for the safety of the client.

If these conditions are met, any prepaid future services may be cancelled for this client, in accordance with the following reimbursement procedure:

  1. For clients no longer elignible for treatment (as defined as “the sole exception” above), any remaining and unused portion of money paid for future treatments will be refunded to the client within 30 days.

  2. If the original payment was made by check, the refund will be processed within 30 days of the initial funds being cleared.

  3. When multiple sessions are purchased in advance (ex: a treatment package), the dollar value of services already received will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

  4. Refunds will be made by check, money transfer or credit card only. No cash refunds are available.

State law supersedes the items above. No refunds will be made outside of the Refund Terms listed above.

Requests for refund must be made via email to info@chakxmyskin.com, with subject: “Request for Refund”. Note that requests are granted only when the above “sole exception” conditions are met.
