Chakx was founded by mother and daughter team, Susan and Tess Prokopchak, who share a passion for both the science of skin health and the personal stories behind tattoos. Together, they created Chakx to be a place where people feel comfortable exploring their options and supported throughout the process of changing their skin.
Susan and Tess are certified in laser services. After extensive research and hands‑on training, they selected the PicoWay® by Candela. It is one of the most advanced laser technologies available.
The system uses ultra-short picosecond pulses to shatter tattoo pigment while causing the least amount of damage to surrounding skin.” The same laser used in a different manner, is the provider of the skin rejuvenation services including wrinkle treatment, skin pigment adjustment, acne scar reduction, and improved skin texture.
